Outlook Users Unable To Connect To The Server . (Doc ID 2232765.1)

Symptoms

The user is trying to install 3.7.01 binary .

When the user install the add in , and open Microsoft Outlook , the FRA does not show the login screen to the users .

It directly goes to the Obtain package step and fails with the message "Please check your user info and try again. " in the system tray .

The general logs show the same error too .

Unable to go to the settings and change the user name / password .

The loss of functionality
