On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Accounts are not getting auto-assigned to territories, even though both below profile options are set to YES:

ZCA_SA_AUTO_ASSIGN_ON_UPDATE
ZCA_SA_AUTO_ASSIGN_ON_CREATE

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer would like to have auto-assignment, based on territories.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have Account records auto-assigned, without doing the manually assignment.
