Need To Delete Second Canada Country (Doc ID 2232821.1)

Goal

while trying to update the country code we could not edit the existing one. Hence we have tried to add a new code for CANADA and later deleted this.

Now we see even we delete it, it does not disappear completely. After a new navigation to the same page, we see the value is there. Can you please get it deleted?
