Around Me Functionality In Mobile App Displaying Incorrect Visibilities Accounts / Contacts (Doc ID 2232839.1)

Goal

Users seem to have visibility of customer accounts in geographical area immediately around their current location when using Around Me function in mobile app',
rather than displaying those which they actually own. Leads and Opportunities 'around me' seems to work fine, however contacts 'around me' appears to display nothing at all.
