ACK file Failed to be Loaded with Error of ICH-ICSRACK-V1.1.DTD or NSGMLS.EXE or ICHICSR-SJIS.DCL (Doc ID 2232859.1)

Symptoms

ACK file was failed to load to Argus Safety with the following observations.

 

1) Worklist >> Bulk E2B Transmit shows Yellow icon at Ack Rec.

 

2) Worklist >> Bulk E2B Transmit >> Status Details field shows the following error message.

SGML parsing validation failed for incoming acknowledgment against document type definition file, MESSAGE NUMBER '<message number>' ICH-ICSRACK-
V1.1.DTD or NSGMLS.EXE or <Disk>:\Argus_Installation\Argus_App\InterchangeService\DTDFiles\ICHICSR-SJIS.DCL. DTD file or SGML parser program not in path.

 

3) ESM Ack Importing Log file has the following records for the imported Ack file.

01-Feb-2017 09:03:21 PM DEFAULT : System error has occurred in E2bReceive.SaveFileTemporarily Fn, error number = 75 error desc. = The process cannot access the file '<Disk>:\Argus_Installation\Argus_App\InterchangeService\DTDFiles\ESM_xxxxxxxx_yyyymmddhhmmss.SGM' because it is being used by another process. error source = Microsoft.VisualBasic
