On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Customer Data

When attempting to create Bill-to Contact the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #XX":
An error occurred while invoking task Manage Customers. Review the FunctionalSetupServer logs for more details on this error.
