Symptoms

On : NA version, Manage Invoices-Audit Invoices

When attempting to account an Invoice online,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

XLA-870811No data to display.You must account the transaction before viewing the journal entry.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Invoice
2. Open the Invoice in Invoice Workbench
3. Account the Invoice online

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot account the invoice
