There is inconsistency is the search behavior when searching and assigning a line manager for an employee in the Manage Employment page.

If there are more with the same name, when HR enters the name as manager for an employee from Manage Employment page, it shows only one record.
But, when clicking on More and searching the same manager from the dialog box "Search and Select: Name", all records appear.
