Account: Phone field no longer editable if you are clicking first on All Phones (Doc ID 2233988.1)

If you open any account record and you are going to the Profile sub-tab (2nd one), the Phone field is editable, as expected. However after opening All Phones and cancelling the same immediately after (without any changes made), then the Phone field is no longer editable.

Phone field should remain editable.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. SUI -> Accounts;
2. Open any account;
3. Go to Summary and notice that Phone is editable;
4. Click on All Phones and then Cancel the window that just popped-out.
5. Now, Phone is no longer editable.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot edit Phone field in the above specific scenario.
