ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Activity update import makes Activity creation date is getting blank out

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After update Activity import "Activity Creation date" does not suppose to be blank out

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manage file import Activities
2. Update the Activity Import file
3. After update Activity creation date become blank out.
