ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Salary based coverage is not recalculation insurance coverage when a Salary Change Life Event is occurring.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Life Insurance amount should update with the Salary Change event.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process Salary Change event.
2. The Life Insurance amounts should change based on new amount.
3. The Life Insurance amounts are not changing.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The salary amounts are not changing for the employees as they should.
