UK BACS 1/2 Inch Tape Format Output Is Incorrect (Doc ID 2234174.1)

Symptoms

 Payment file generated using UK BACS 1/2 Inch Tape Format does not contain correct details. Following issues were observed:

1. Fillers used ='^' which is creating issues when processing the file

2. Line 6- Position 1-15 Details are not getting printed. As per RTF the values that should get printed are Branch number, Bank account number, Account type but its blank.
