Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The oracle instance/configuration on left panel seems to disappear after Outlook is open for more than 10 minutes

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Configuration should not be altered or disappear

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook
2. Press Ctrl + 1-9

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot See Oracle info on left panel of Outlook screen
