ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

An FB wall post did not appear on SRM Engage.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Post should have appeared in Engage Inbox

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Engage
2. Filter down messages by channel type Facebook
3. Enter "User Name" in the top right search bar and check for messages.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot monitor all incoming posts and respond quickly.
