Information in this document applies to any platform.
There are options on the Mobile App which the Sales Reps and other users will not use in their environment. They are presented on the right side of the page as '3 dots'.
Is it possible to remove them?
1. Open Mobile Sales Cloud for Outlook;
2. Go to Accounts - Select an Account;
3. Select the 3 dots on the right;
4. Options such as Add Attachment, E-Mail Contacts, Add Appointment and others are displayed.
