Symptoms

11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A record cannot be tied to an Outlook item

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Item to be tied to the Outlook item.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search for OSC account in Outlook
2. Click in one of the search results
3. Pressing the account and nothing happens

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot link an account to various fields in Outlook
