Unable To Access Create Page On Custom Child Object

When attempting to create a child custom record for an existing custom object, the customer is unable to do so due to several errors encountered.

1. Exception in expression "AccountTeamStrategy_c"...
2. ADF_FACES-60097: For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096: Server Exception during PPR, #2."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to an existing Account Plan.
2. Go to the ATS/KVA subtab
3. Click on "create" button
4. Receive the errors
