Partners in Salesforce Get a White Screen When They Open CPQ Cloud Quote (Doc ID 2235142.1)

Symptoms

When they attempt to open a CPQ Cloud quote from Salesforce (SFDC), Partners observe a loading animation followed by a white screen, with the CPQ Cloud frame not visible.

Some 503 HTTP errors are noted in the browser console:

"NetworkError: 503 Service Unavailable - https://sitename.force.com/canvas/sdk/js/controller.js"
controller.js
"NetworkError: 503 Service Unavailable - https://sitename.force.com/canvas/sdk/js/canvas-all.js"
canvas-all.js
TypeError: Sfdc.canvas.controller is undefined

 These errors do not appear for normal users.

Changes

The CPQ Cloud environment was upgraded to version 2016 R1 Update 1.

The Managed Package was upgraded to version 7.0.
