Symptoms

When attempting to upload a file via the WebUI, or Synchronize folders via the Oracle Documents client the user will see the following:

 

Can't upload File. Quota Exceeded. You have insufficient storage.

OR

This operation is rejected because of insufficient quota space.

 

Changes

The note applies to CEC customers with Traditional Accounts only.  CEC on OCI-C (or OCI) no longer require storage packs.
