Customer has enabled the task delegation logic for Tasks and Appointments
• Manage Activity Profile Options:
o ZMM_ACTIVITY_APPT_DELEGATION = “Yes”
o ZMM_ACTIVITY_TASK_DELEGATION = “Yes”
When a User (e.g. OCS Admin) creates a Task and delegates it to another User (e.g. OFD Sales Manager Role User), then the Delegated By field is populated with OCS Admin and the Owner is populated with OFD Sales Manager Role User.
However, there is only one Resource listed, and that is OFD Sales Manager Role User.
Customer want to see OCS Admin as a Resource.
