"Unable to load data - Unknown error, please contact your System Administrator." When Accessing Standard View Projects/EPS (Doc ID 2235389.1)

Symptoms

Some users are experiencing an error message when attempting to access the EPS sub-tab under the Projects tab using the Standard (non-Java) view. The Error popup message reads "Unable to load data - Unknown error, please contact your System Administrator

In P6Webaccess.html, below error message is shown:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login P6 Web -> EPS > Project
  2. Select a Global View 'AAA' and move it to User Level View
  3. Login as a user who were accessing 'AAA'
