Symptoms
Some users are experiencing an error message when attempting to access the EPS sub-tab under the Projects tab using the Standard (non-Java) view. The Error popup message reads "Unable to load data - Unknown error, please contact your System Administrator

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log in P6 Web -> EPS > Project
- Select a Global View <viewname> and move it to User Level View
- Log in as a user who was accessing Global View <viewname>
