Export From Account Erases Data In Excel (Doc ID 2235434.1)

Goal

We have noticed that account records have data like '012289' however when we export this data using 'Export List' option under Action excel file erases '0' and only '12289' is present in exported file.

Why this data mismatch is occurring at user end?
