Weekly Treshold Overtime Rule Does Not Work On Biweekly Time Card View In Cloud HCM R11

Client has weekly Overtime Rule for Biweekly employees.
So they want the employees see Biweekly view of the Time Card.

But with the Biweekly view the weekly overtime rule is not working properly.

Rule built on delivered Weekly Threshold Rule template is considering Biweekly Time Card Period as one week and calculating the Overtime.

Step 1. Create a rule using Weekly Threshold Overtime template to generate OT 1.5 over 40 hours in a week.
Stap2. Attach the Rule to Rule Set.
Step3. Attach the Rule Set to Time Processing Setup Profile.
Step 4. Use Biweekly Starting Monday as Time Period in Time Processing Setup Profile.

Enter time for an employee who is assigned to the above mentioned Time Processing Setup Profile.
For the Bi week enter 45 Hours each week and click Next in the Time Card.

Time Card creates 40 Hours of Regular Time and 50 Hours of Overtime at OT1.5. But it should create 40 Hours of regular time each week and 5 hours of OT1.5 each week.
