The formula of Project User Defined Fields (UDFs) is not recognized when using Korean characters.

1. Log into P6 using Korean.
2. Go to Administer, Enterprise Data, Projects, Project UDFs
3. Create UDF (new UDF).
4. Modify UDF (UDF Type) as Formula.
5. Modify Formula using Insert Field.
6. Insert fields in Korean.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use formula UDFs using Korean characters.
