When attempting to synchronize,
the following error occurs.

Failed to validate all rows in a transaction.JBO-persdef.oracle.apps.cdm.foundation.parties.publicModel.persons.entity.PersonDEO.WorkPhoneIsNotNull_ErrorMsg: Work Phone Number is a required field. Please enter a work phone number. (this is a custom validation script error )

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. open Outlook
2. add a new Contact
3. Synchronization errors

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot synchronize product.
