After editing the Win/Loss field on Outlook and Synchronized, the changes are not saved on database;
while saving opportunities on Outlook, and the Win/Loss is empty, I'm getting the EmptyField Error message, so when I choose a value and then save, everything went OK. after synchronization the field is empty again and we're getting the error message again
