Data imported through file import is not updated into OSC

Line 232 of Process_Log_300000110903437.xls shows the following error:
DEBUG ODI STEP:Session Name: GROUPBOOKING_C(33476502) 7.Step Name:Initialize_Default_GROUPBOOKING_C Inserts:0 Updates:0 Deletes:0 Duration:1527 Errors:0 Error Message:ODI-1226: Step Initialize_Default_GROUPBOOKING_C fails after 1 attempt(s).
ODI-1240: Flow Initialize_Default_GROUPBOOKING_C fails while performing a Integration operation. This flow loads target table GROUPBOOKING_C_IMP.
ODI-1228: Task Initialize_Default_GROUPBOOKING_C (Integration) fails on the target ORACLE connection ORACLE_FUSION.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number 92 with name "_SYSSMU92_313449145$" too small

at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTI

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Task: Manage File Import Activities
3. Import Group Booking data

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, data is not imported as expected.
