How to Request an Environment Refresh for Retail Cloud Services (Doc ID 2236039.1)

Refreshing an environment, such as refreshing Stage / Dev from Production, is not a self-service action in the Cloud. Thus a Service Request (SR) needs to be logged to request this change to be made. This document outlines what to do and what information needs to be provided in the SR to request an environment be refreshed for the Retail Cloud Services.


 This document applies to the following Retail Cloud Solutions per the Cloud Service Blueprint.
