Information in this document applies to any platform.
Purpose
Refreshing an environment, such as refreshing Stage / Dev from Production, is not a self-service action in the Cloud. Thus a Service Request (SR) needs to be logged to request Oracle to perform this activity. This document outlines what to do and what information needs to be provided in the SR to request an environment be refreshed for the Retail Cloud Services.
