Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Synchronization process is failing

Customer installed the Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook application in several computers but when the synchronization process is executed an error message is displayed:

Message: Application experienced technical difficulties. Further troubleshooting should be done by technical support. Error code FC 0097"

General log shows:
