Cannot Import Custom Object (Doc ID 2236076.1)

Cannot import custom object records.
The Object: 'Common Custom Object'/'Sales Custom Object' is missing from Manage File Import Activity.

After generating artifacts, the 'Common/Sales Custom Object' should be an option in Manage File Import Activities

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create custom Object in Application Composer > Common > Custom Object
2. Generate pages and add a few fields
3. Navigate to Application Composer > Import/Export > For both sales and Common, generate artifacts
4. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage File Import Activity > Create a new import > For the Object field, Common Custom Object is not listed.
