RFB: Bidders No Longer Receiving Login Credential Email Notification After Update to New Version (Doc ID 2236139.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : In a cloud hosting environment after updating to a new version, 16.2.2.0 and/or higher.

Request for Bid type Business Process.

After the update there is:

  1. No ability to send the password as the 'Send Password' button is disabled when trying to invite vendors/bidders to participate in a Request for Bid type Business Process.
  2. Vendors/Bidders are no longer receiving Bid Invitation email with Login Credentials.
