Symptoms

While import "CLOSED" contracts get the below error
The value {VALUE} does not exist in the lookup type {TYPE}. (OKC-196235)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. import contracts in CLOSED Status

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import closed contracts from legacy system.
