Another User Has Changed The Row With Primary Key Oracle.jbo.key - Error thrown when Oportunity is edited in Mobile UI

On : version, Mobile Sales App

When editing existing Opportunity in Mobile UI save is failing.

"Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.jbo.key"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Opportunity -> Save
2. Edit Opprortunity -> Add RFQ # -> Save
3. Edit Opprortunity -> Add Quote # -> it fails.

The issue has the following business impact: Can not use Opty on mobile
Due to this issue, users can not use Opty on mobile.
