"Schedule Upgrade" button in App Net manager is not working on certain machine (Doc ID 2236675.1)

Symptoms

"Schedule Upgrade" button in App Net manager is not working for certain machines.

Step to reproduce case:
Open App Net Manager ==> Login to Corente domain (i.e. a4XXX75 ) ==> Right click a Gateway Location (i.e. XXXXXXXX) ===> Click "Schedule Upgrade" ===> Nothing happened

The expected behavior is that a new GUI window shall pop up after clicking "Schedule Upgrade" in App Net Manager.

Java console log shows as below after clicking "Schedule Upgrade" in App Net Manager.
