Associate is attempting to edit/change/correct the contact type to spouse for one of her contacts. Her contact is also an employee.

A record with the value Contact Type already exists. Enter a unique value.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Person Management > Search for person > Manage Person > Contacts > Edit > Edit > make change to contact type > Ok
