Symptoms

On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

One of the OSC user is unable to create an account

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to create an account

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC
2. Try to create new account
3. Error message appears.
