Issue with a specific User

This user exists 5 times in the system. The user can not see all the account allocated to him and does not show under his accounts list , same situation for opportunities. He is not able to log any activities or opportunities .

User should see all records assigned to him

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC
2. Navigate to Opty UI
3. User cannot see all their Opty although they are set as owners

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see all their opties
