Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : NA version, .Manage Compensation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Employees merit increase % is not respecting the currency set by manager in Comp Worksheet. Thus the merit amount increase % is incorrect in the Comp Worksheet
Employee home currency: CNY
Manager currency: USD
Manager is setting the currency for the employee to USD. Then giving increase of $2500 USD and saving. However, coming back to the Worksheet shows the Merit Increase percentage of 1.11% which is incorrect. Should be close to 7.5%. The increase percentage looks to be calculating $2500 and 225,369 CNY. Should be calculating $2500 and $ 32,748.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the Merit Increase % calculate correctly after updating the Merit Increase Base Amount

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Compensation>Admin Worker>Search employee
2. Select the Plan>Change the currency to USD for the plan
3. Award the "Merit Increase to Base Amount" = $2500>Save
4. Navigate to the plan and the "Merit Increase to Base %" is incorrect. It shows 1.11 but should show around 7.5
