Symptoms
When users try to login to the Oracle Social Network (OSN) web client, the following error occurs:
SSO user could not be validated
If the username change recently, it may throw the following error and attempts to re-synchronize the user have no affect:
There was an error retrieving "cn=<USER_EMAIL>, cn=Users, dc=<REGION>, dc=<COMPANY>, dc=com" in the external directory.
When clicking the social icon to open the OSN cList client the page appears to be loading continuously but nothing will happen.
