Eloqua Profiler Doesn't Appear On All Of The Contacts After Embedding The Link To The Sales Cloud (Doc ID 2237387.1)

We added the Eloqua Profiler Link on the contacts in the Sales Cloud (via Button Pages in the Application Composer), but we have the problem that not all of the contacts have this Profiler Button. Some of the contacts don't have the profiler integration.

So we would Like to know why we have this problem, before we publish the sandbox.
