Accounts icon missing in Dashboard for users with custom role (Doc ID 2237431.1)

Goal

 

We want to make a copy of sales manager and perform some changes to accommodate the business need or restrictions of access to data.
We see that just by making copy of role and assigning it to a user - the functionality of viewing Accounts is removed. We don't see the account icon in the homepage. The icon is visible for users that have the standard role from which the custom copy was created.
