SFTP Not Working For Third Party FTP Site - Remote directory <xxxxxxxxx> does not exist on the server. (Doc ID 2237487.1)

Symptoms

Submitting a BI Report to send output to sFTP errors. In the bipublisher.log file it shows error

The directory (Incoming) is specific with each customer and will be different.
