Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users are unable to select Global or User Filters in Standard (HTML5) View.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users able to select Filters in Classic (Java) View are also able to select Filters in Standard (HTML5) View.

Note: The Filters available in each View, are only those created using those Views.  Cannot create a Filter in the Classic View and have it show up in Standard View.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log-in to P6 Web with a user that does not have the Global privilege "Add/Edit/Delete Global Activity and Assignment Layouts, Views and Filters".
  2. Open a Project to the Activities View.
  3. Attempt to set a Filter (in Standard View), unable to select.
  4. Switch to Classic view.
  5. Same user is able to select and apply Filters.
