Manage Personal Payment Methods seems to have changed over our last December 2016 patching.
The issue is that if you enter the Bank Account Number as 123456789 only XXXXX6789 will appear. Users no longer can see the account number. This causes inconveniences: users cannot confirm the Bank Account Number after it is entered.
