Getting an Error in Test instance while creating a CLAIM

Checke the odl_logs.txt and readme.txt for:
Formula field ApproverLevel3_c which was causing the error
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Log into OSC
Navigate to Partner
Navigate Create BDF Claim
Sign In with your My Oracle Support account
