Symptoms

After Orders are planned into Shipments and Work Assignments are created using Fleet aware Bulk plan, when users execute the Action "Optimize Driver Assignments", Shipment Start and End times are recalculated in such a way that does not honor the original Sequence as present on the work Assignment.
