ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Issue 1: Employee Resource Import Job Stuck

Issue 2: Duplicate Parties for users

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Job is expected to complete
No duplicate parties should exist for the same user

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to File Import Activities
2. Submit an import job for Employee Resource
3. Import Job is Stuck

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, face severe problems with our Integration of the Identity management System / SIMS.
