On : version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Add to address book functionality from contact detail page : character with accent conversion issue

From a contact detail page, we select from Actions drop down list "Add to address book".
A .vcf file is generated and a popup page open in Outlook.

But the "é" character is converted to "?" as described in attachments.

The french letters are not exported correct.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Contact->Create a contact with character "é" .
2. Actions->Add to Address book-> this is no exported correctly

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot export correctly name with characters.
