On :  11.1.10.0.0 version, Other Issues

When attempting to log in Mobile Expenses application the following error occurs.
The Desktop application is working fine. The users are able to log in with fusion application.

ERROR

"Alert Login Failed. Please Ensure that the server name, user name and password are correct"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access mobile application URL.
2. Type the same username and password as the one used to log in with desktop mobile application.
3. Receive error after pressing login.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the mobile application at all.
