On : 11.1.11.1.0 version, Receipts

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------
Unable to use search function to apply open receivables

User is unable to search function to search for transactions when using the Add Open Receivables search function.
When searching for a specific customer account number, all open transactions will appear disregarding account number.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------
Be able to search by Account Number and get the correct results,where only the searched account is reflected, regardless of the system
options setting for Allow Payment of Unrelated Transactions.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Receivables > Accounts Receivables
2. Manage Receivables
3. Query a receipt click on Add Open receivables
4. Search by account Number

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, In Manage Receipt Add Open receivables User is unable to search for specific customer account, users are getting misleading info and junk result.
